Our team of qualified assessors use accredited NHER software to conduct SAP/ Energy Reports for Extensions.

Whilst broadly similar to a standard Energy Assessment, Extensions require a more complex assessment, requiring a high level of construction and energy efficiency experience. We are one of the few companies continuing to do this sector of assessments.

The calculations are undertaken in accordance with the Building Regulations 2000 Conservation of Fuel and Power in Dwellings by complying with Approved Document Part L1B, 2006 edition, section 1, paragraph 20.

As well as all the information listed under Energy Ratings we also need a set of full house drawings (not just the Extension) and the age of the existing property.
