Full Assessment
Once the Preliminary Rating Report has been completed and the development has been designed to achieve the relevant Rating (PASS, GOOD, VERY GOOD or EXCELLENT) we will prepare the EcoHomes 2006 Final Report.
The Final Report will include all the information from the Preliminary Rating Report and will form a 60 page document.
This Final Report is then sent into BRE for Quality Assurance. Once this achieved, the development is certified and details of the development added to the BREEAM Database.
