Code for Sustainable Homes
Post Construction Review
Code assessments are carried out in two phases:
Design Stage Assessment and Post Construction Review.
An initial assessment and interim certification is carried out at the Design Stage then final assessment and certification is carried out after construction (Post Construction Review).
The Post Construction Review is based on the Design Stage Assessment and requires confirmation of compliance including site records and visual inspection.
We check the details match those entered in the Design Stage Code Report through site records and visual inspection or an audit trail of the documentary evidence/photographic evidence provided.
We then prepare the Post Construction Review Report to BRE for certification.
