In order to demonstrate how you may achieve your target rating we issue a Preliminary Rating Report, designed to ease you through the assessment process.
The report clearly shows the total predicted Rating for the assessment, any likely (easy credits) to be achieved and additional credits needed for your target rating.
Within the body of the report are the nine Code for Sustainable Homes categories and details of how the development will score within each section. We also detail all evidence required for the Full Design Stage Assessment.
The Preliminary Rating Report is crucial to identifying the specific details required to reach your target rating.
The very first contact we make is to provide a Developer Information Pack with advice to guide you through the assessment procedure. It provides advice, guidance and general information to help achieve the target rating. To make life easy we include a document checklist, so our clients can see at a glance what we need to produce the Preliminary Rating Report.
The Preliminary Rating Report is for guidance only and does not guarantee that the CSH Rating sought will be achieved until a Design Stage Assessment has been issued and verified by BRE.
